- Less administration
- More operational capacity
- Better visibility
- Fewer errors and delays
Your business has grown.
The way it runs has not.
Spreadsheets multiply, staff copy information between systems and managers chase updates. Each workaround looks manageable; together, they consume margin and restrict capacity.
Megabite fixes the operational layer between your people, your software and the work that needs to get done.
Common friction.
Clear response.
Nothing technical. Just the operating problems growing businesses encounter every day—and what Megabite does about them.
Customers wait for responses.
We automate them.
Staff rely on spreadsheets.
We build the missing system.
Reporting takes hours.
We make it live.
Existing software almost works.
We build the missing 20%.
You do not need to know what should be built. Start with the friction you can see.

Good operational technology fits the commercial reality, the people using it and the systems that must keep running. Work is designed and supported in-house between the UK and Mallorca, keeping delivery close to the people accountable for the result.
Commercial before technical
We start with the cost, delay or constraint—not the software someone wants to sell you.
Complete systems, not prototypes
Interfaces are one part of the job. Data, permissions, integrations, resilience and adoption must work together.
One accountable partner
Strategy, design, development, integration and ongoing improvement remain connected rather than being passed between suppliers.
Trusted to solve the problems generic software leaves behind.
Purpose-built systems designed around the way each business actually operates.
“The custom event access system transformed how we run our events. Entry stays fast and controlled even when connectivity drops, while the live dashboard gives us an immediate view of crowd flow throughout the night.”
Martyn SmithCEO, Social Club
“Our integrated POS setup has made the business more efficient. Online orders flow directly into the in-store system, loyalty discounts help bring customers back, and the dedicated mobile app gives us access to detailed reporting wherever we are.”

Find the right first investment.
Not every business needs a major software project. Sometimes the right answer is one automation, one integration or one focused internal tool. We recommend the smallest intervention capable of producing the required result. Euro proposals are available for European clients. Prices exclude VAT/IVA where applicable.

What businesses ask before starting
You do not need a perfect technical brief. Start with the problem worth solving.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
Often. We assess data access, APIs, vendor restrictions and the reliability of the proposed connection before recommending an integration. We will not promise a universal integration before checking feasibility.
Do we need to know exactly what should be built?
No. Start with the process, delay or operational constraint. Part of our job is deciding whether the answer is to retain, configure, connect, automate or replace what you already have.
What size of business do you work with?
Megabite is designed for established, growing businesses—often 10–100 employees—that have outgrown informal processes but do not have a full internal product and systems team.
Do you build startup MVPs?
Yes. Megabite builds ambitious MVPs for startups with strong ideas and the drive to launch properly. We can take a product from strategy and scope through design, development and launch, creating a focused first version that is ready to test, learn from and grow. Every MVP is scoped individually, with a custom price based on the product, complexity and route to market.
Built by someone who has spent 20 years making technology work inside real businesses.
Thomas Barrie has 20 years’ experience designing, developing and managing the operational systems businesses rely on. His work spans business operations, hospitality technology, websites, applications, automation, integrations and digital products.
He has taken systems from initial idea through design, build, deployment and ongoing improvement—and remains directly accountable for Megabite’s delivery.
The next stage of growth should not create the next layer of chaos.
Tell us what is slowing the business down. We’ll establish whether it is commercially worth fixing and whether Megabite is the right partner.
